Programmes
Designed for outcomes, scoped for evidence.
Every Unseen Minority programme launches as a defined pilot with a measurable scope, named community partners, and a tracked outcome window, so that what we report is what actually happened.
Our three programmes
How the three fit together
Each programme removes a different systemic barrier at a different stage of a young person’s life. Box of Hope intervenes earliest, restoring belief alongside material support for vulnerable children. Imiti N’ashikula activates youth aged 18–30 through contribution rather than credentials. Shifting the Focus challenges the narratives and systems that centre perpetrators over survivors of GBV and crime, building toward direct case support. Together they form a continuum: belief, agency, and protection.
