Growing Shifting the Focus toward direct case support

Shifting the Focus currently runs webinars, publications, and advocacy. Over the next two years we aim to grow it into a four-stage, wrap-around case-support model alongside existing legal and social services.

Seeking institutional partners for the Citizen Academy

Under Imiti N'ashikula, we are actively developing the Citizen Academy initiative and seeking institutional partners for its first cohort. No partnership has been agreed at this stage.

Box of Hope piloting in Ndeke Village, Kitwe

Our flagship pilot is running now, equipping orphaned and underprivileged children with exercise books, pens and pencils, backpacks, and uniforms, with giving processed through our pilot partner Sonka.

Unseen Minority founded

Founded by Christopher Jambila and George Mbewe, then Vice President and Deputy Speaker of the University of Zambia Student Union, alongside a seven-person founding board.
